What is CBD?

Cannabidiol (CBD) is found in high amounts in the Type III cannabis plants, also referred to as ‘hemp.’ It is non-psychoactive and is known to help alleviate anxiety and reduce inflammation. It also acts as a boosting agent for your Endocannabinoid System which helps to regulate the autonomic systems of the body.

People use CBD to help with sleep, anxiety, pain, as well as to help prevent epileptic seizures. CBD is non-psychoactive and by itself will not cause you to fail a drug test. However, since this is a full-spectrum product and does contain small amounts of THC, people who are drug tested regularly should seek a ‘broad-spectrum’ or THC-free oil instead.

What is CBG?

Cannabigerol (CBG) is naturally occurring in certain hemp plant varieties such as The White and is known to help with pain, increased alertness, and reducing anxiety.

CBG works by binding to both CB1 and CB2 receptors, where it’s thought to strengthen the function of anandamide. Anandamide is one of many neurotransmitters in the brain and plays a role in enhancing pleasure and motivation, regulating appetite and sleep, and alleviating pain.

CBG is non-psychoactive and although we are using a full-spectrum CBG oil as our carrier, it contains very small trace amounts of THC. These are unlikely to show up on a drug test, but it is something to be considered.

What is Delta-9 THC?

Delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) is a cannabinoid that is found in both type I, type II, and type III cannabis plants. Although type III ‘hemp’ plants contain small amounts of THC, when concentrated in an extract such as this its effects can still be felt. THC has been found to increase euphoria and promote relaxation throughout the body.

Serving Size and Usage

Cannabinoid dosage varies widely amongst individuals. To find the right dosage for you, we recommend starting with 1/2 dropper (0.5ml) or less and go from there. These are highly potent tinctures.

Each 1ml dropper contains:

• 100mg CBD
• 66.7mg CBG
• 10mg THC

Extraction Process

We use Subcritical CO2 Extraction Technology to process our organically grown hemp flower due to its purity and ability to capture minor and major cannabinoids. This creates a product that is free of residual solvents, highly potent, and has a mild taste.
