Drug tests do not test for specifically CBD, but in order for a product to be ‘full-spectrum,’ it will contain trace amounts of THC, which can cause someone to fail a drug test. Even if the amount of THC is very small, as in the case of CBD hemp oil (which does not allow for a presence of THC higher than 0.3%), it may be detected by a drug test.
